I'm actually really looking forward to this now. Finally I can run ARMA 2 completely maxed out with textures set to my native resolution of 1920x1080 and finally I have a good excuse to play it again.

dont think my E7500 and gfx on dx9 will handle this to well

If we had more people who wanted to play then we would have.

When I get my new computer sometimes in May or June I am up for a game. My current rig is not doing very well in ARMA 2 at all. This is the reason I am not playing this game anymore.

But I have played a bit on a "http://www.tacticalgamer.com" where Mr.Barnaby was a member or is I am not sure. Think he is a member of "Green Label Tactical" now. But anyways they played a serious game like I used to do and like. With proper commanding and no *icking around with no purpose. I seriously hate playing those premade war scripts running on the servers so people can play when nobody is around.

I miss the days of how 12th Para was run where you had to complete certain training missions made by Nasty Jim to earn the 'qualification' to use a certain vehicle or use a certain weapon. Back in the day, Monkey laid down the LAW.

Totally agree with you Monkey. I loved playing with the founders and a the large group of 12Para members who played a serious game and did all the training courses etc etc. Was the best gaming days I've ever had to be honest. Properly designed and led missions with real teamwork. Some great PvP clan games too.
