Due to the fact that the school holidays start at the end of July and that we want a campsite to ourselves as far as possible this is the best date. Most people seemed flexible or wanted July so hopefully this won't be a problem.

Now with regard to the location and activities.

Hi all

As we discussed in the meeting I want to get an idea of what we all think is a reasonable amount to spend on the activities for the Saturday day.

Assuming we are camping and that this won't cost much more than £10 - £15 per person per night then do we think it is reasonable for the activities to cost about £100? If so we could do two. Or if we think £70 is more reasonable for one activity.
